ADHD Fast Track​
We are pleased to inform you that Sunshine Kids Clinic has established a Fast Track ADHD Assessment Service to support families seeking timely assessment for ADHD in children aged 5 to 16 years.
This streamlined service is designed to reduce waiting times while maintaining our high standard of multidisciplinary care.

About the Fast Track ADHD Service
This service provides:

A hybrid model of care beginning with a telehealth consultation, followed by an in-person clinical review within 4–6 weeks.

Comprehensive assessment using standardised tools and clinical interviews.

A diagnostic outcome, detailed clinical letter, and individualised recommendations.

Access to follow-up care, including medication initiation if clinically appropriate.
Eligibility Criteria
To be suitable for the Fast Track pathway, children must meet the following criteria:

Aged 5–16 years
Currently enrolled in and attending school. -
No prior diagnosis of:
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder
-
Developmental or intellectual disability
-
Significant mental health conditions (e.g. anxiety, depression)
-

No known substance use concerns in the child or household
-
Primary concerns related to attention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity.

Parental and school cooperation with completing pre-assessment questionnaires

Our intake team will review eligibility and contact the family directly to coordinate the assessment process.

Schedule of fees and Billing Policy

Professional fees for the services rendered will be charged. A non-refundable booking deposit is payable at the time of making an appointment.

Our fees undergo an annual review. It's your responsibility to acquaint yourself with the current fee structure before scheduling and confirming your appointment.

Please note that we do not participate in bulk billing arrangements under Medicare. Additionally, there may be out-of-pocket expenses associated with care plans. For details regarding these expenses, please reach out to our reception or consult Medicare.
Cancellation Policy

All appointments cancelled on the day and all no shows will be charged at 100% cancellation fee.

All appointments cancelled between 24-48 business hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments.
This deposit is non-refundable but transferable, and will be applied toward the cost of your initial appointment.
