Dr Nathashi Hardiman

Dr Nathashi Hardiman is a General Paediatrician who has trained through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network (Randwick network primarily)with 10+ years of experience in general paediatrics and paediatric subspecialities.

Dr Hardiman graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK in 2008 with Honours and explored a range of other specialities such as emergency medicine and surgery before moving to Australia in 2011.

She discovered her passion for paediatrics during a secondment in paediatric emergency medicine in 2014 and thus entered paediatric training in 2015. Dr Hardiman is a passionate advocate for all children, especially those from marginalised backgrounds such as First Nations populations, culturally and linguistically diverse populations and refugee children. She completed a specialist fellowship in Aboriginal health within South West Sydney’s local health district prior to completion of her paediatric training at the end of 2024.

Dr Hardiman also has a special interest in newborns, early childhood (0-5 years) developmental differences and supporting families from a holistic point of view.

Dr Hardiman has lived experience of parenthood whilst raising three young daughters (all under the age of 5 years) with her husband Dominic. She continues to juggle motherhood, part-time work and a part-time Master's of Public Health whilst enjoying music activities, travelling and trips to the beach with her family during her time off.
