Dr. Himanshu Aneja
Paediatrician

Dr. Himanshu Aneja is an experienced paediatrician with over 20 years of experience and expertise in a wide range of paediatric conditions from 0-16 years of age. Dr. Aneja is a FRACP-certified general paediatrician and comes with a wealth of experience in caring for children.
Dr. Aneja is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community and is enthusiastic about collaborating with GPs to address paediatric health issues effectively.

Dr Cecil Joseph
Paediatrician
Consultant Liverpool &
Cambeltown Hospital
Dr. Cecil is a consultant paediatrician currently working in both Liverpooland Campbelltown Hospital. He has expertise in managing a wide range of general paediatric and neonatal conditions.With a profound dedication to child health and well-being, Dr. Cecil brings a deep understanding of diverse cultural health perspectives and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children and their families in our local area.

After completing his foundational medical and paediatric training in Bangalore, India, Dr. Cecil practised there before moving to Australia to further his career where he has worked extensively in large tertiary hospitals in both urban and rural/regional settings

Dr. Cecil strives to always stay updated with the latest evidence based practices in the field
of paediatrics by actively participating in conferences and seminars . In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Cecil is also involved with educating and mentoring junior doctors at both Liverpool and Campbelltown Hospitals where he works as a consultant paediatrician.
Outside the medical sphere, Dr. Cecil enjoys long-distance running, bushwalking, listening to
music, reading, watching movies, and engaging with sports. He also enjoys aquascaping
and tending to his aquarium at home.

Dr Sung Ju Min
Paediatrician
Dr Sung Ju Min is a specialist paediatrician with interests in neonatal, development, and behavioural paediatrics. She has enjoyed a wide variety of paediatric experience working as a general paediatrician in South Korea and Australia for more than 15 years. Dr Sung obtained her undergraduate degree in South Korea and paediatric training through a tertiary hospital in Korea. She had been working as a general paediatrician before moving to Australia where she successfully obtained her Paediatric Fellowship through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Dr Sung enjoys working with families and health professionals to provide thorough care to patients. She strongly value what children and carers tell me during the consults and enjoy the interactions we have. She believes communication is central to ensure families to have the best understanding of their child.
She will be seeing all young people from birth up to 16 years of age is committed to delivering the best healthcare for children.

Dr Sung Jun Min is fluent in English, and Korean.
When not working, she enjoys family time with her ‘hand full’ three kids and loves to play tennis as a family sport. Trying her best not to fall behind becoming a ‘substitute’ when it comes to doubles.

Dr Shan Raju
Paediatrician and Paediatric Sleep Specialist

Dr Shan is an Australian trained General Paediatrician and Paediatric sleep specialist. She completed her medical degree in 2001 at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in Dublin. She spent her intern year in Ireland .Subsequently, she completed general paediatric training at Children’s Hospital Westmead in Sydney and also is dually trained as a sleep physician at Sydney Children’s Hospital with both hospitals now part of Sydney Children’s Hospital network.

She has worked as a General Paediatrician since 2009, initially at Royal Far West paediatric service in Manly and as a locum paediatrician in Maitland Hospital. She has been working as a paediatrician in the Central Coast since 2012.
​
She helped provide remote telehealth service to Darwin Private Hospital as a sleep specialist between 2014 and 2015 and established a children’s sleep service for a private sleep laboratory in Canberra in 2016, where she ran monthly outreach clinics for a year. She is adept at managing developmental and behavioural issues in children including but not limited to ADHD, ASD, Anxiety Disorders and Developmental Delay using a wholistic family focused approach.

She is also passionate about helping babies and children with sleep disorders both with breathing issues and poor sleep patterns.

Dr Junita Basnett
Psychiatrist
MBBS, MPH, MHM ,FRANZCP
Dr Basnett is an experienced psychiatrist specializing in adult mental
health, with a strong background in trauma care and ADHD. With 16
years of practice, she offers compassionate, evidence-based treatment
for a variety of conditions, including , Attention Defect Disorders, Mood
disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma-related issues.
Dr Basnett has extensive experience in working with both adults and
adolescents providing tailored treatment plans that incorporate both
medication and therapeutic interventions. She is also deeply skilled in
treating trauma, helping patients navigate from past experiences
through a trauma-informed approach.

Dr Preena Uppal
Paediatrician & Paediatric Neurologist
Dr Uppal is a paediatrician and paediatric neurologist, with more than 20 years’ experience working and training in paediatrics and neurology. She trained through the Sydney Children's Hospital's Network (Randwick and Westmead). She holds dual qualifications as a specialist in both General Paediatrics and Paediatric Neurology.
Her particular interests include neurological conditions, behaviour disorders, autism, ADHD, developmental delay including delayed speech and motor milestones and early detection of cerebral palsy.
​
She has worked at Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick, Children’s Hospital Westmead (2010-2021) and as a paediatrician in Gosford (2021-2024).
She had provided support to GPs and paediatricians in the field of paediatric neurology throughout that time through teaching at various conferences.
She was also part of the NSW Acute Seizure Management committee and has co-authored the state seizure management guidelines (2018).
Dr Uppal is keen to provide services to the area and support GPs with paediatric and paediatric neurology issues. She is easily approachable and provides evidence-based and up to date information to the families. She works in partnership with the GPs and families to help achieve the best possible outcome.

Dr Natashi Hardiman
General Paediatrician
Dr. Nathashi Hardiman is a General Paediatrician who has trained through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network (Randwick network primarily) with 10+ years of experience in general paediatrics and paediatric subspecialities. Dr. Hardiman
graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK in 2008 with Honours and explored a range of other specialities such as emergency medicine and surgery
before moving to Australia in 2011.

She discovered her passion for paediatrics during a secondment in paediatric emergency medicine in 2014 and thus entered paediatric training in 2015. Dr. Hardiman is a passionate advocate for all children, especially those from marginalised backgrounds such as First Nations populations, culturally and
linguistically diverse populations and refugee children. She completed a specialist fellowship in Aboriginal health within South West Sydney’s local health district prior
to completion of her paediatric training at the end of 2024.
Dr. Hardiman also has a special interest in newborns, early childhood (0-5 years) developmental differences and supporting families from a holistic point of view.
Dr. Hardiman has lived experience of parenthood whilst raising three young
daughters (all under the age of 5 years) with her husband Dominic. She continues
to juggle motherhood, part-time work and a part-time Masters of Public Health whilst enjoying music activities, travelling and
trips to the beach with her family during her time off.

Gina’s passion is to help mums nourish themselves and their little ones through every age and stage.
She's dedicated to laying the foundation for lifelong health, from pre-pregnancy nutrition to post-natal replenishment for mums to supporting every age and stage of nourishing kids from infancy to teens.
As a fellow mom with limited support, Gina gets the daily juggle of raising and feeding kids, without neglecting your own selfcare as a mum.
She believes in keeping things simple, practical, and affordable, tailoring her approach to fit eachperson and family's unique needs.

Sonam Gupta
Occupational Therapist
Bachelor of applied Science ( Occupational Therapy) , University of Sydney
Sonam is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from University of Sydney in 2011. Since then she has held different positions in the areas of rehabilitation and paediatrics.
Sonam has been an Occupational Therapist for 14 years and her passion is to assist children reach their full potential.
Sonam has workedwith many different children with a variety of conditions such as
Autism, ADHD, Developmental Delay, Down syndrome and so
forth. Sonam believes in a play based approach. Sonam understands the needs of children and their families and is keen to help children reach their full potential.

Heidi Healy
ADHD Coach
​Heidi Healy is a certified ADHD coach who supports children, teens, families and parents to better understand the ADHD brain and to develop practical strategies that make everyday life easier
Heidi brings both professional expertise and deeply personal insight to her work. She has ADHD herself, and all three of her sons have ADHD, a journey that led her into advanced coach training, as well as additional specialised family training. This lived experience allows her to connect with families in a genuine, empathetic way, knowing firsthand the challenges, strengths and unique brain wiring of ADHD.
She helps young people build confidence, emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, and healthy habits that support both learning and wellbeing. She also works closely with parents, offering clear guidance and practical tools to help them feel equipped and supported.
Heidi’s approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She focuses on helping families understand why ADHD behaviours show up and what to do in the moments when challenges or frustrations arise. Her goal is to help each person feel capable, understood, and embracing of who they are and to empower parents with practical strategies and a deeper understanding of their child’s needs.
When not working or traveling, Heidi ventures outdoors to ride horses, mountain bike or hike.

Ryan Hansen

Ryan is a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist who completed his Bachelor of Psychology Degree at Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. Ryan then went on to complete his post-graduate studies at the College of Professional Psychologists in Sydney.

With General Registration from the Psychology Board of Australia, Ryan has extensive experience in both private and government settings, helping clients manage issues such as depression, anxiety, work stress, and trauma.
​
Ryan uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
His warm and empathetic nature allows clients to feel safe and supported throughout their therapy journey. With a strong academic background and a genuine commitment to helping others, Ryan provides a welcoming space for clients to work towards their personal goals and overcome life's challenges

Dr Frank Zhou
General Paediatrican
MD, BMED,FRACP​
Dr Frank Zhou is a General Paediatrician with a strong commitment to supporting children and families in both metropolitan and regional settings. He currently works as a Consultant at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, as well as providing locum paediatric services in South Australia and Tasmania.
​
Dr Zhou provides care for children from the newborn period through to adolescence, up to the age of 16 years, including management of developmental and behavioural concerns. He has a strong belief in providing tailored care to respect each family’s cultural and ethnic values, as well as using neuro-affirming approaches to support the needs of every child.
​
Having completed his medical training (MD/BMed) at the University of New South Wales, Dr Zhou undertook his specialty paediatric training through the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. He plays an active role in mentoring and supervising junior medical doctors at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
